todd severson
Company founder, Todd Severson serves as the "central command" for projects. Todd's involvement begins as early as the conceptual stage and continues through construction. His “command post” engages all stakeholders and team members through personal relationships. Clients form many markets lean on Todd's knowledge and ability to deliver cost effective projects that meet goals and enhance our communities. Over the course of Todd’s 18-year career, he has been responsible for over $625 million in construction projects throughout the Midwest.
Beginning as a Project Engineer, Todd has performed as Project Manager, Estimator, Project Executive, and Associate Vice President. Marquee Construction is his vision to carry the experience of his 18-year career to our community.
Melissa Barbour
Melissa provides top-level support across multiple areas including project and company activities as Marquee’s Office Manager. Melissa oversees all tasks associated with Marquee’s bookkeeping and accounting, manages human resources and employee benefits programs, executes targeted marketing goals, and represents the firm at various community engagement events.
Melissa keeps projects running smoothly by processing project related documentation and ensures contract compliance. She also assists personnel to maintain compliance with OSHA and labor law policies. Believing in old fashion values, Melissa’s provides input to our strategic business plan while implementing forward-thinking strategies for each unique project.
Andy Lepisto
Project Manager, Andy Lepisto, brings to Marquee Construction a 21-year construction career. Having spent significant time in the construction industry he brings a vast amount of knowledge of not only construction but high quality and serviceability. Andy’s exceptional all around communication skills provide the opportunity Owners to feel like they don’t miss a beat.
Andy manages the day-to-day operations of projects, onsite to ensure each project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. His primary responsibilities include maintaining and informing project schedules through effective workforce, materials and equipment planning. In addition, Andy is accountable for enforcing safety protocols and quality control measures, overseeing inspections, and preparing and executing project punch lists. He strives to make sure the process is smooth, on-budget and on-time.
bryAN HOFFMAN
Bryan joins our team as a result-oriented, hands-on construction professional with 20 years of expertise in all components of residential and building property maintenance. Well versed in carpentry, exterior repairs, project estimating, impending design problems, and material purchasing; Bryan will be handling our new Handyman Service in addition to our new Annual Home Service. Bryan will embody professionalism as your future handyman with a wide range of knowledge.
After the long list of “Honey Do’s” is completed, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, hunting, golfing, and watching the Minnesota Twins!
